摘要
目的研究不同全瓷材料对树脂粘接剂固化效率的影响,为临床全瓷粘结提供一定的指导。方法选用临床常用的5种全瓷材料(Cerec Blocs、IPS e.max Press、In-Ceram Alumina、IPS e.max ZirCAD、Incoris Alumina)分别制备成直径为6.00 mm,厚度为0.70 mm的核瓷瓷片,并在不同的核瓷表面上堆塑相应的饰面瓷,使全瓷试件最终厚度控制在1.20 mm,共计5个。二极管(LED)光固化灯作为固化光源,VariolinkⅡ、PanaviaTMF作为实验中的树脂粘接剂,根据光照过程中作为中介的全瓷材料分为Cerec Blocs组、IPS e.max Press组、In-Ceram Alumina组、IPS e.max ZirCAD组、Incoris Alumina组及空白组。利用傅里叶红外光谱仪分别记录这两种树脂粘接剂固化前后的红外光谱图,并计算聚合转化率(DC)。应用SPSS 10.0统计软件对实验数据进行统计学分析。结果 VariolinkⅡ、PanaviaTMF树脂粘接剂的聚合转化率在不同全瓷组之间均有显著性差异(P<0.05),Cerec Blocs组的聚合转化率(37.30±1.44)最大,Incoris Alumina组(16.66±1.74)的最小,其他组从大到小依次为IPS e.max Press组(33.76±1.61)、In-Ceram Alumina组(26.44±1.29)、IPS e.max ZirCAD组(21.86±2.11),实验组的聚合转化率均低于空白组(42.46±1.32,P<0.05);同一实验组中两种树脂粘接剂之间的聚合转化率也存在显著性差异(P<0.05),且VariolinkⅡ高于PanaviaTMF。结论不同全瓷材料会影响树脂粘接剂VariolinkⅡ、PanaviaTMF的聚合转换率,Cerec Blocs、IPS e.max Press玻璃全瓷材料对树脂粘接剂的固化效率影响较小,而In-Ceram Alumina、Incoris Alumina、IPS e.max ZirCAD氧化铝或氧化锆全瓷材料对树脂粘接剂的固化效率影响较大。同一全瓷材料下VariolinkⅡ的固化效率要高于PanaviaTMF。
Objective To determine the resin cement in order to provide some references effect of different all-ceramic materials on curing efficiency of for clinical all-ceramic bonding. Methods Five different commonly used all-ceramic materials, Cerec Blocs, IPS e. max Press, In-Ceram Alumina, IPS e. max ZirCAD, and Incoris Alumina were prepared as core porcelain slices (6. O0 mm in diameter, and 0.70 mm in thickness). The veneering ceramic was made in nuclear porcelain surface and the final thickness of all-ceramic specimen was 1.20 mm. Light-emitting diode (LED) curing light was used as light sources, and Variolink II and PanaviaTM F were as resin cements. According to the type of'all-ceramic materials as an intermediary in the curing process, there were 6 groups in the study, that is, Cerec Blocs group, IPS e. max Press group, In-Ceram Alumina group, IPS e. max ZirCAD group, Incoris Alumina group and control group. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FF-IR) was used to record IR spectra, then calculate the degree of conversion (DC) of polymerization before and after the curing of the resin cements. Results The DC values of Variolink Ⅱ and PanaviaTM F resin cement showed significant difference among groups (P 〈 0.05 ), and the maximum value was found in the Cerec Blocs Group, followed by IPS e. max Press group, In-Ceram Alumina group, the IPS e. max the ZirCAD group and Incoris Alumina group. The DC value in experiment groups was significantly lower than that in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The DC value of Variolink Ⅱ was significantly higher than that of PanaviaTM F in the same group (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Different all-ceramic materials affect the curing efficiency of 2 resin cements, Variolink Ⅱ and PanaviaTM F. Glass-Ceramics, such as Cerec Blocs and IPS e. max Press has little effect on the curing efficiency of resin cement, but A12 03-based ceramics (In-Ceram Alumina and Incoris Alumina)and ZrO2-based ceramics (IPS e. max ZirCAD) have great impact on it. However, with the same ceramic material, the DC value of Variolink Ⅱ is higher than that of Panavia^TM F.
