脑外伤后隐性脑脊液漏的诊断和治疗 被引量：6

摘要 脑脊液（CSF）漏是颅脑外伤后常见的并发症，其发生率介于2％～9％之间，外伤性CSF漏的几乎都存在颅底骨折并伴有硬脑膜的撕裂，可以看到患者外耳孔和（或）鼻腔有血性或清水样液体流出。
