拱顶石穿支岛状皮瓣 被引量：11

摘要 拱顶石皮瓣因皮瓣的形状与古罗马拱形建筑中的拱顶石相似，故名。该皮瓣具有设计简单、血供可靠、术时较短、适用范围广、术后外观良好等优点，目前在国外已被广泛应用于全身各处，但在国内尚鲜见报道。
