研究基于业务规则引擎的人事培训信息管理系统设计与实现,通过对主要业务流程分析、功能模块的设计以及业务数据关系的描述,进行了主要业务规则的举例,并详细描述了关键规则的实现。系统上线使用情况表明,人员培训的组织、管理和分析等工作得到显著提高。

In this paper, research and implementation of personnel training information management system based on business rule engine, through the analysis of business process, main function module design and business relationships in the data description, expounds the main business rule, and detailed description of the implementation of key rules. The situation of on-line use of the system illustrates that the personnel training organization, management and analysis are improved significantly.
