摘要
目的探讨铜离子电化学疗法联合外痔切除缝合术治疗混合痔的疗效和安全性。方法将224例需手术治疗的痔患者按数字表法随机分为两组,即观察组(112例)采用铜离子电化学疗法并外痔切除缝合术,对照组(112例)采用外剥内扎术,观察两组临床疗效和术后出血、疼痛、肛门水肿、肛门狭窄及尿潴留等情况。结果观察组治愈109例,治愈率97.3%;对照组治愈88例,治愈率78.6%。两组差异有统计学意义(Z=-4.3343,P=0.0002<0.01)。观察组术后出血、疼痛、尿潴留,肛门水肿、肛门狭窄明显低于对照组(Z=-6.1772,Z=-5.7139,χ2=13.0123,Z=4.7622,F=6.7574,均P<0.01),差异有统计学意义。结论铜离子电化学疗法并外痔切除缝合术治疗混合痔优于传统的内扎外剥术。铜离子电化学疗法治疗痔是一种新兴的微痛微创疗法,加之术中对外痔切除缝合术,其疗效确切、安全、损伤小、痛苦小、并发症少,值得基层广泛推广。
Objective To observe clinical effect and security of mixed hemorrhoid treated by copper ion electrochemistry with external hemorrhoid piles cuts off and sew up operation. Methods 224 patients suffered from hemorrhoids were divided to two groups stochastic according to numerical table method, trial group( 112 cases) were cured by copper ion electrochemistry with ex- ternal hemorrhoid piles cuts off and sew up operation, control group( 112 cases) were cured by Internal-peeling External Ligation Operation. Postoperative complicatins of bleeding, pain, anal edema, anal stenosis and urinary retention in two groups observed. Results 109 cases were cured in trial group, the curative ratio was 97.3 %. 88 cases were cured in control group, curative ratio was 78.6%. There was a significant difference between the two groups (Z = -4. 3343, P = 0.0002 〈 0. 01 ). Incidence rate about bleeding, pain, urine retention, anal edema, anal stenosis was low in trial group (Z = -6. 1772, Z = -5.7139, X2 = 13.0123, Z = 4.7622,F = 6. 7574, P 〈 0.01 ), there was a significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion Copper ion electrochemistry with external hemorrhoid piles cuts off and sew up operation was better than Internal-peeling External Ligation Opera- tion. Copper ion electrochemistry treatment was a burgeoning minimal invasive therapy, and used external hemorrhoid piles cuts off and sew up at the same time, it was worth to spread in basic hospital with the characteristics of curative effect, security, small damage,little pain and less complications.
