摘要
目的调查南通地区居民就医状况,探讨医院如何提高居民对医疗服务的满意度和信任度。方法采用随机个体抽样法,对医院就诊居民进行拦截式调查,直至达到所需样本量。调查居民550人,有效问卷510份,回收率92.8%。结果每年参加医疗保健体检次数对满意度和信任度阳性率无显著影响(P>0.05);不同年龄、性别、婚姻状况、离退休状况、学历、医疗形式、月收入、自我健康状况评价对满意度和信任度阳性率影响显著(P<0.05)。结论满意度和信任度的实证研究对改善医患关系,提升医疗质量,医院发展与改革意义重大。
Objective To Survey the medical condition of Nantong residents, and explore the approach to improve residents' satisfaction with medical services and trust. Methods Random sampling method was employed to survey the satisfaction with medical services and trust of residents. 550 residents were referred and 510 evaluative questionnaires were returned(92.8% ). Results Times of annual healthcare examination had no effect on the positive rate of satisfaction and trust( P 〉 O. 05) ;The age, gender, marital, retired status, education, medical forms, income and self-health evaluation had effect on the positive rate ( P 〈0. 05 ). Conclusion An empirical study of satisfaction and trust can improve the doctor-patient relationship, enhance the quality of medical care, and has an important significance on hospital development and reform.
