A Nominal Group Techniques Study on General Practice Training in Urban Community: Status and Needs

目的了解我国城市社区全科医生培训现况及需求，为下一步制定相关政策提供参考依据。方法2011年9一12月，对辽宁、北京、宁夏三地的27名全科医生实施了3组选题小组访谈。访谈在各地卫生局会议室实施。根据所给问题，每组成员写下3个答案，答案集中后每人从中选择3项进行重要性打分。最重要的3分，排第3的给1分。结果①三省全科医生最需要培训的基本理论知识为常见病的诊疗及管理、社区合理用药、急诊急救及健康教育方面；②三省全科医生最需要的临床技能是对cT、x线、MRI、超声等阅片的技能、体格检查及急诊急救处理。结论根据实际需求制定培训大纲，强化符合基层医生需求的培训内容是未来进一步提高全科医学培训质量所需解决的关键问题。

Objective To supply some advices for policy-making by surveying the needs of general practice training in urban community. Methods We conducted 3 nominal group techniques including 27 general practitioners to identify the needs of train- ing of general practitioners from September 2011 until December 2011. Each group members selected the three most important i- tems from the group list, and then ranked the three ideas selected,with the most important receiving a rank of 3, and the least im- portant receiving a rank of 1. Results （~）The important theoretical knowledge which general practitioners want to study included mainly the diagnosis and treatment of the common diseases, the systematic management of chronic diseases, and emergency and first aid. （~）The basic skills mostly needed involved ： the film reading of CT, X, MRI, ECG and Ultrasound, physical examination, and the techniques of emergency and first aid. Conclusion In order to improve the effectiveness of general practice training, it will be necessary for governments to draw up the training contents according to the needs of general practitioners.
