摘要
目的探讨不同剂量氟伐他汀对冠心病患者内皮素(ET-1)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和脂联素(APN)水平的影响。方法选择80例冠心病患者并按数字表法随机平分为两组各40例:分别为氟伐他汀40mg和80mg治疗组;另外选择∞例健康体检者作为对照组。测定治疗前后ET-1、IL-6和APN浓度。结果治疗前40mg和80mg治疗组患者血清ET-1、IL-6水平高于对照组(t=4.755、4.342、4.567,4.696,均P〈0.05),血清APN水平低于对照组(t=4.133、4.278,P〈0.05);两组治疗后血清ET.1、IL-6水平均有明显下降,血清APN水平明显升高(t=4.012、4.213、4.332、4.576、4.969、4.578,均P〈0.05),但80mg治疗组更为显著(t=3.558、3.332、3.911,均P〈0.05)。结论冠心病患者的血清ET-1、IL.6水平升高,APN降低,氟伐他汀可能通过降低ET-1、IL-6,升高APN水平而发挥抗炎作用,其作用与药物剂量有关。
Objective To explore the influence of different doses of fluvastatin on endothelin 1 (ET-1) ,in- terleukin 6 (IL-6) and adiponectin (APN) levels in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods 80 pa- tients with CHD were randomly divided into fluvastatin 40rag group and fluvastatin 80mg group, 40 cases in each group. And 30 healthy persons were selected as control group. Serum levels of ET-1 ,IL-6 and APN were measured be- fore and after treatment. Results Before treatment, serum levels of ET-1 and IL-6 in fluvastatin group were signifi- cantly higher than control group( t = 4. 755,4. 342,4. 567,4. 696, all P 〈 0.05 ), serum level of APN was significantly lower than the control group ( t = 4.133,4. 278, P 〈 0.05 ). After treatment, the serum levels of ET-land IL-6 were sig- nificantly decreasd, serum level of APN was significantly increasd in fluvastatin 40mg group and fluvastatin 80mg group( t = 4. 012,4.213,4.332,4. 576,4. 969,4. 578, all P 〈 0.05 ). The effect of fluvastatin 80mg group was signifi- cantly better than fluvastatin 40mg group ( t = 3. 558,3. 332,3.911, all P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Serum levels of ET-1 and IL-6 increase, APN decreases in CHD patients. Fluvastatin has anti-inflammatory effect through decreasing ET-1 and IL-6,increasing APN, and its effect is related to the drug dose.
