某农场土壤重金属污染特征及其健康风险评价 被引量:2

Characteristics of heavy metal pollution in soil of a farm and evaluation on its health risk

摘要 目的评价某农场土壤中重金属污染物对人体健康产生的潜在威胁。方法在对该农场8个采样点进行土壤中Cd、Ph、Zn、Cu4种重金属检测的基础上,建立土壤环境污染健康风险评价模型,并对土壤一人体所引起的健康风险作出初步评价。结果8个采样点土壤中Cd、Pb、Zn、Cu4种重金属的平均质量浓度分别为0.06~0.34、38.25—127、45.28~156.43和5.61~22.40mg/kg。致癌污染物cd对人体健康危害的个人年风险水平均集中在10-6/a,最大值为1.9×10-6/a。非致癌污染物(Pb、Zn、Cu)所引起的健康危害的个人年风险顺序为Pb〉Zn〉Cu。3种非致癌污染物对人体健康危害的个人年风险水平均集中在10-5~10-2/a。结论该农场土壤中Cd、Pb、Zn、Cu4种重金属低于国家土壤环境质量二级标准,所引起的健康风险比较小。 [ Objective] To evaluate the potential threat of soil contamination with heavy metal on human health in a farm. EMethods]The concentrations of the Cd, Pb, Zn and Cu in soil from 8 sampling points of this farm were tested, to establish a health risk assessment model of soil environmental pollution, and the soil-human health risks were evaluated. E Results] The average concentration of Cd, Pb, Zn and Cu in 8 sampling points was 0.06- 0.34 mg/kg, 38.25-127 mg/kg, 45.28-156.43 mg/kg and 5.61-22.40 mg/kg, respectively. The personal annum risk of carcinogenic contaminant { Cd} to human health concentrated on the level of 10 -6/aI and the maximum value was 1.9 x 10 -6/a. Among non-carcinogenic pollutants ( Pb, Zn and Cu} , the ranking of personal annual risk was Pb 〉 Zn 〉 Cu. The personal annual risk of non-carcinogenic pollutants ( Pb, Zn and Cu } to human health concentrated on the level between 10-5/a and lO-2/a. [ Conclusion] The concentrations of Cd, Pb, Zn and Cu in soil of this farm are lower than the national soil environmental quality standard ( Grade II ) , which the health risks are not high.
