摘要
目的验证职业价值观与职业匹配这一概念的理论与现实意义,探讨国防生职业承诺的影响因素。方法采用职业价值观问卷、明尼苏达满意度问卷、职业承诺问卷,对北京某大学182名国防生进行测量。结果国防生职业价值观与军事职业存在不匹配,其对职业结果的期待高于职业提供的可能,这种差异主要表现在自我发展维度上(F=24.416,P<0.01);发展落差能够显著预测情感承诺(β=-0.424,P<0.01)与规范承诺(β=-0.416,P<0.01),职业满意度在两者之间承担部分中介作用。结论研究证明国防生职业价值观与职业的匹配能显著影响职业承诺。
[ Objective ] To verify the theoretical and practical significance of the concept of vocational value-career fit, explore the related influencing factors of military career commitments of national defense students ( NDS }. [ Methods ] By using the Vocational values inventory, Minnesota satisfaction questionnaire and Career commitment questionnaire, 182 NDS of a university in Beijing were investigated. [ Results] There is a dissonance between NDS" vocational value and military career, their expectation for career results is higher than the possible career, and the mismatch mainly shows in the dimension of self-development (F = 24. 416, P 〈 0.01 ). The dissonance of self-development dimension can significantly predict the emotional commitment (β =- 0. 424, P 〈 0.01) and normative commitment (β =- 0. 416, P 〈 0.01), and the vocational satisfaction plays a significant intermediary effect. [ Conclusion] There is a significant impact of vocational value-career fit on career commitment of NDS.
