Serological investigation on Q fever in stockbreeding-related population in Beijing area

摘要 目的了解北京地区Q热畜牧业相关人群的感染状况和分布特点。方法于2010年9月—2011年11月采集北京市畜牧业相关工作人员787份血清,采用间接免疫荧光法检测血清中的Ⅰ、Ⅱ相IgG抗体,计算阳性率并进行年龄、性别及各畜牧业相关职业间的比较。结果 Q热总感染率高达39.01%(307/787),其中30.24%(238/787)的人处于感染急性期,8.77%的(69/787)处于感染慢性期,处于感染急性期的要远多于处于慢性期的,男性感染率(45.41%,208/458)高于女性(30.09%,99/329),各年龄组之间及各畜牧业相关职业之间无明显差异。结论北京地区畜牧业相关人群有着较高的Q热感染率。 [ Objective] To explore the infection status and the distribution characteristics of Q fever in stockbreeding-related popula- tion in Beijing area. [ Methods] 787 serum samples were collected from the stockbreeding-related staff in Beijing from September 2010 to November 2011. The indirect fluorescence assay was used to detect the IgG antibody (phase I and phase II} against Q fe- ver. Meanwhile, the positive rate was calculated, and the differences among different age, sex and profession groups were com- pared. [ Results]The total infection rate reached 39.01% (307/787}, and the cases in the acute phase (238/787, 30.24% ) were significantly more than cases in the chronic phase (69/787, 8.77% }. The infection rate of males (45.41% ,208/458 ) was higher than that of females { 30.09 % ,99/329 ), and there were no significant differences among different age groups and different profession groups. [ Conclusion] The infection rate of Q fever is high among stockbreeding-related population in Beijing area.
