摘要
目的了解北京市顺义区居民就餐行为习惯,为制定干预措施提供科学依据。方法通过等比例多阶段整群随机抽样的方法,对该区12个社区1434户常住居民进行问卷调查,每户通过随机数字表随机调查15—79岁居民1人。结果该区77.5%的居民经常吃自制早餐,食堂是在外就餐的主要地点,午餐、晚餐、夜宵经常在外用餐的居民其超重和肥胖率高于其他人群,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。94.9%和56.6%的居民经常吃蔬菜和水果,56.9%的居民极少或不食用奶或奶制品。结论该区居民就餐行为不够合理,需要加强健康教育和干预,以促使居民养成健康的就餐行为和习惯。
[ Objective ] To understand the eating behaviors of residents in Shunyi District of Beijing, provide the scientific evidence for developing the intervention measures. [ Methods ] By using the multi-stage proportional cluster random sampling, the question- naire survey was conducted in 1434 households from 12 communities, and 1 people aged 15-79 years old was randomly investigated in each household. [ Results ] 77.5 % of residents have often eaten homemade breakfast, and they mainly chose the canteen to eating ont. The incidence rates of overweight and obesity in residents who have often eaten lunch, dinner and supper in the restaurants were significantly higher than those in other populations I P 〈 0. 05 ). The residents have often eaten vegetables and fruits accoun- ted for 94.9% and 56.6% respectively, and 56.9% of residents have rarely consumed milk and milk products. [ Conclusion] The eating behaviors of residents in Shunyi District are unreasonable. It is urgent to strengthen health education and intervention, to en- courage residents to develop healthy eating behaviors and habits.
