传染病医院护士工作价值观对工作疏离感的影响 被引量:4

Effect of nurses' work values on work alienation in infectious diseases hospital

摘要 目的 探讨传染病医院护士工作价值观对工作疏离感的影响.方法 采用整群抽样法选择南京市某传染病医院196名护士进行问卷调查,分别采用工作价值观量表和工作疏离感量表了解护士工作价值观和工作疏离感现状.所得数据用Excel建立数据库,然后采用PASW STATISTICS 18.0分析软件进行统计分析,采用Pearson相关分析法分析工作价值观和工作疏离感的相关性,采用多元回归分析法分析护士工作疏离感的影响因素.结果 发放问卷196份,收回有效问卷184份.184名护士工作疏离感总均分为(2.27±0.79)分,工作价值观总均分为(3.48 ±0.47)分,其中社会型工作价值观(3.63±0.62)分、外在型工作价值观(3.80±1.02)分、声望型工作价值观(2.94±0.88)分、内在型工作价值观(3.50±0.62)分.社会型工作价值观与工作疏离感之间呈显著负相关(P<0.01),外在型和内在型工作价值观与工作疏离感之间均呈显著正相关(P<0.01),但声望型工作价值观和总体工作价值观与工作疏离感之间的相关性不显著(P>0.05).控制人口统计学变量后,多层回归分析显示,社会型工作价值观对工作疏离感有负向预测作用,外在型、内在型、声望型工作价值观对工作疏离感有正向预测作用.结论 传染病医院应根据工作价值观的不同类型,化解外在型、内在型、声望型工作价值观不利影响,弘扬社会型工作价值观的积极作用,降低护士的工作疏离感,促进传染病护理事业的发展. Objective To explore the effect of nurses' work values on work alienation in infectious diseases hospital. Methods A total of 196 nurses who worked in one infectious diseases hospital in Nanjing were surveyed by the Work Value Scale and Work Alienation Scale. The data was established the database through Excel, and the statistical analysis was made by PASW STATISTICS 18.0. The relationship between working value and working alienation was analyzed by Pearson analysis method, and the factors on influencing nurses' work alienation were analyzed by multiple regression. Results One hundred and ninety-six questionnaires were issued and 184 questionnaires were responsive. The average score of work alienation was ( 2. 27 _+ 0. 79) ; the average score of work values was ( 3.48 + 0.47), in which social work value was (3.63 + 0. 62), the extrinsic work value was (3.80 ~ 1.02), the prestige work value was (2. 94 +0. 88), the intrinsic work value was (3.50 ~ 0. 62). Social work value and work alienation showed significantly negative correlation ( P 〈 0.01 ), the extrinsic and intrinsic work values showed significantly positive correlation with work alienation (P 〈 0. 01 ), but the prestige and the overall work value did not show significant correlation with work alienation (P 〉0. 05). After controlling the demographic variables, multiple regression analysis showed that the social work value had negative effect on work alienation, and the extrinsic, intrinsic, prestige of work value had positive effect on work alienation. Conclusions Infectious diseases hospital administrators should resolve extrinsic, intrinsic, prestige work values' adverse effects and promote the positive role of social work value to reduce nurses' work alienation and promote the development of nursing career in the infectious disease according to different types of work values.
