Application of Peplau interpersonal modes in psychological care for the elderly cadres wards patients

目的 探讨Peplau人际关系模式在老年干部病房患者心理护理中的应用过程及效果.方法 Peplau人际关系模式为老年干部病房患者的护理提供了理论依据,从Peplau人际关系模式对护患关系的4个阶段的划分,来阐述其在老年干部病房患者心理护理中的应用.结果 认识期应明确老干部的健康问题,制订出初步的计划;确认期主要是确定共同的目标解决患者的问题,让患者有归属感;进展期对患者提供帮助及专业的健康教育,坚定患者康复的信心;解决期护士应重点评价患者的问题是否得到解决,使其顺利完成社会角色的转变并逐渐恢复自理能力.结论 Peplau人际关系理论的核心是动态的、互动的护息关系,与护理程序在一定程度上相结合,可使护理理论与护理实践更好地相结合,使护士更有效地理解和实施整体护理.

Objective To explore the application of Peplau interpersonal modes in psychological care for the elderly cadres wards patients, and to provide the theoretical basis for nursing. Methods The nurse- patient relationship from Peplau interpersonal mode was divided into four phases, to illustrate the application of psychological care in the elderly cadres ward patients. Results The health problems of the old cadres were defined in the understanding period, and the preliminary plan was formulated in the cognitive period; the common goals were confirmed to solve the patients＇ problem and give patients a sense of belonging in the confirmation period; the help and professional health education was provided to the patients in order to strengthen patients＇ rehabilitation confidence in the progressive period; the nurses focused on evaluation of the resolution of patients＇ problem, the successful completion of the changes in social roles and recovery the ability to take care of themselves in the solution period. Conclusions The core of Peplau interpersonal modes which is dynamic, interactive relationship between nurses and patients, combined with nursing program to a certain degree, can make the nursing theory and nursing practice better combination and enable nurses to more effectively understand and implement holistie nursing.
