Study and Countermeasures of Noise and Vibration During Shift at High Engine Speed

This article described the study and countermeasures for the pedal vibration and abnormal sound occurred during shift at high engine speed. Solutions were introduced by researching the problem systematically based on tests and theory of NVH. Finally, the problem was solved by optimizing the transfer path and the NVH quality of vehicle was improved with a lower cost.
