综合疗法治疗肛门瘙痒症563例疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Comprehensive Therapy for Anal Pruritus in 563 Cases

为探讨综合疗法治疗肛门瘙痒症的疗效，回顾性分析563例肛门瘙痒症患者的临床资料，均采用中西医综合疗法治疗。结果显示，治愈548例，有效13例，无效2例。结果表明，综合疗法是治疗肛门瘙痒症的有效方法，认识该病的成因，正确辨证掌握适应症，采取有效的治疗措施，是治疗成功的关键。

This study was to discuss the clinical efficacy of comprehensive therapy for anal pruritus,a retrospective analysis was carried out in a total of 563 cases of anal pruritus treated with integrated western and Chinese medicine. The results showed that 548 cases got cured, 13 cases got improved, 2 cases of non-response. It is concluded that comprehensive therapy is an effective method to treat anal pruritus, and understanding the causes of diease and correctly ＆ dialectically grasping the indications,and taking effective control measures are the key to successful treatment.
