New Type of Heat Pipe Technology Application in High Power LED Lighting

摘要 大功率LED的散热问题严重制约着它的发展。采用新型热管技术改变大功率LED的散热方式,尽可能地散发LED的热量,对大功率LED的发展有着越来越重要的意义。 Heat dissipation problems seriously restrict the development of high power LEDs. We could adopt the new type of heat pipe technology to change the way of high power LED heat dissipation and send out the heat as much as possible, which is more and more important to the development of high power LEDs.
