肉豆蔻提取物对BV2小胶质细胞激活的调控作用 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]探讨肉豆蔻提取物对脂多糖所诱导的BV2小胶质细胞激活的影响.[方法]采用MTT法检测肉豆蔻提取物对BV2小胶质细胞的细胞毒性作用;运用Griess法检测细胞所释放的一氧化氮含量;运用HE染色法观察脂多糖和肉豆蔻提取物对BV2细胞形态变化的影响.[结果]各质量浓度组肉豆蔻提取物作用于BV2小胶质细胞24h后,细胞生存率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义,但抑制脂多糖所诱导的一氧化氮的释放,并将多角形的活化形状恢复至静息态的圆形细胞.[结论]肉豆蔻提取物具有抑制BV2小胶质细胞激活的作用. OBJECTIVE To study the effects of nutmeg extract on activation of microglial BV2 cells induced by lipopolysaccharide(LPS).METHODSThe cytotoxic effects of nutmegextract for the microglial BV2 cells were detected by the MTT,and the content of NO released from the microglial BV2 cells was detected by Griess assay,and the morphological changes of microglial BV2 cells treated with the LPS and nutmegextract.RESULTS After treated the microglial BV2 cells with different concentration of nutmeg extract for 24h,there were no statistically significant difference in cells survival as compared with the control group,but the nutmegextract inhibited the release of NO induced by LPS,and the microglial BV2 cells from activated polygonal turned to quiescent round morphology.CONCLUSION The nutmegextract antagonizes activative effect of microglial BV2 cells.
