芦丁对HepG2肝癌细胞AMPK蛋白信号通路的激活作用 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]探讨芦丁在HepG2细胞中是否影响AMPK蛋白信号通路.[方法]采用MTS法测定细胞毒性;采用Westernblot方法检测AMPK蛋白的表达情况.[结果]芦丁在0-80μmol/L浓度范围内,在24h内对HepG2肝癌细胞没有毒性;芦丁呈浓度和时间依赖性地增高AMPK磷酸化.[结论]芦丁对HepG2肝癌细胞AMPK蛋白信号通路有激活怍用. OBJECTIVE To study the effects of turin on activation of AMPK signal path in HepG2 human hepatoma cells. METHODS The toxicity of rulin for HepG2 cells was determined by MTS, and the expression of AMPK protein was determined by Western blot. RESULTS Ritin in concentration range of 0 to 80 μmol/L had no any cytotoxicity for HepG2 ceils, and turin enhanced AMPK phosphorylation in dose- and time-dependent manners. CONCLUSION Rutin can increase the activation of AMPK signal path in HepG2 human hepatoma cells.
