益气健脾方对胃癌前病变模型大鼠胃组织生长抑素水平的影响

Effects of the Yiqijianpifang on content of somatostatin of gastric tissue in rat models with precancerous lesions of gastric cancer

[目的]观察益气健脾方对胃癌前病变(PLGC)模型大鼠胃组织生长抑素(SS)水平的影响.[方法]用自由饮用N-甲基-N硝基-N-亚硝基胍(MNNG)方法建立PLGC大鼠模型;采用放射免疫法测定并观察益气健脾方小剂量组和大剂量组、模型对照组、正常对照组大鼠胃组织的SS水平.[结果]与正常对照组比较,模型对照组大鼠胃组织SS水平显著降低;与模型对照组比较,益气健脾方大、小剂量组大鼠胃组织SS水平显著升高,大剂量组升高更明显.[结论]益气健脾方可提高PLGC大鼠胃组织SS水平,以益气健脾方大剂量组作用更明显,这可能是益气健脾方对PLGC治疗机制之一.

OBJECTIVE To observe the effects of Yiqijianpifang on the contents of somatostatin（SS） of gastric tissue in rat models with precancerous lesions of gastric cancer（PLGC）. METHODS The rat models with PLGC were established by freely drinking with the MNNG, and the contents of SS in small, large dose, model and normal control groups were detected by radioimmunoassay. RESULTS The contents of SS of gastric tissues were significantly decreased in model group than in normal control group, and increased in small and large dose groups than in model group. CONCLUSION The Yiqijianpifang can increase the contents of SS of gastric tissue in rat models with PLGC, especially in large dose group, and it might be one of therapeutic mechanisms to treat the PLGC.
