摘要
主要对阳离子染料易染聚酯(ECDP)的染色机制、ECDP连续聚合反应与纺丝原理、中空纤维纺丝技术进行深入研究与分析,讨论了影响熔体直纺中空ECDP短纤维的工艺因素,通过对连续聚合-纺丝工艺及中空喷丝板的特殊设计,首次在50 t/d的大型连续缩聚纺丝生产线上成功开发出3.33 dtex中空ECDP短纤维,产品各项性能全面超过国内同类产品水平,技术水平国际先进。
Through research and analysis has been conducted on the dyeing mechanism of ECDP, continous polymerization and spinning principle of ECDP and spinning technology of hollow fiber, talking about the technologies which affect the hollow ECDP. By the special design of polymerization, spinning and spinneret, the 3.33 dtex hollow ECDP is produced in the 50 t/d melt direct spinning line for the first time. The product is superior to all the other domestic similar ones.
