摘要
作为智能电网的一个核心组成部分,智能调度是研究如何辅助调度员进行电网监控和故障处理的一个主要发展方向。本文分别从电网正常态下的信息多维度分析、预警及异常态下的可视化展示、故障态下的电网故障智能化分析三个方面提出了一个智能化电网调度辅助决策方案,并重点研究了相应的关键技术,即CIM+GPS+GML+SVG的电网设备与空间信息的一体化建模方法、设备运行信息的可视化分析方法以及潮流指纹故障快速识别方法。这些功能和关键技术通过工程现场的验证,得到了运行人员的高度认可,从一个方面为从分析型调度到智能型调度的发展提供了技术支持。
As a core component of the smart grid. smart dispatching is a major development direction to study how to assist dispatcher monitoring the grid status and handling faults. This paper focuses on three aspects to help the dispatcher supervising the power grid: the comprehensive analysis, the visual display of the grid status, and the intelligent failure diagnosis. Correspondingly, this article presents some key techno[ogies: the unified modeling method of the grid equipment and spatial information, the visual technique for the grid running state, and the power flow fingerprint fault recognition method. Through the validation of engineering site, these methods and technologies have been highly recognized by the dispatcher, and from one aspect promote the development from the analytical dispatching to the intelligent dispatching.
