摘要
针对氯乙烯装置精馏塔检修时敞口煮塔工艺异味大、环境污染严重等缺点,进行了精馏塔密闭煮塔改造,避免了煮塔时化工异味的产生,又回收了残存的有机物,具有明显的经济效益和环保效益。
In view of the shortcomings such as peculiar smell and serious environmental pollu- tion when the vinyl chloride rectification towers wcrc cleaned by opcn boiling proccss, the cleaning was rcformcd to closed boiling process. Thus, the chemical peculiar smcll was avoided, the residual organic compounds wcrc rccyclcd, and significant economic benefits and cnvironmcntal benefits wcrc obtained.
