摘要
分析了聚合釜喷淋阀在使用过程中出现的故障,并提出了技术改造方案。改造后,大大降低了喷淋阀的故障率,提高了聚合釜的利用率。
The faults occurred during opcration of spray valves for polymerizcrs were analyzed, and corresponding technological reformation plans wcrc proposed. After the reformations, the fail- ure rate of spray valves decreased, and the polymcrizcr utilization increased.
