Research and Analysis of Hunan Information Technology Industry System Development Strategy

本文从信息技术产业体系的概念、制约因素等方面进行了分析;再以娄底市为例分析了从产业结构、生态环境等方面提出加快信息技术产业体系发展的必要性,然后针对湖南省信息技术产业体系存在的问题提出了今后发展的一些对策和建议。

This paper analyses the information technology industry system restricting factors etc.;then taking Loudi city as an example, the necessity of speeding up the development of the information technology industry system from the industrial structure, ecological environment and other aspects, and then puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for future development in Hunan Province, the information technology industry system problems.
