高职计算机信息管理专业“三化”人才培养模式构建

The Structure of “Three Way” Qualified Personnel Training Mode Directed toward the Major of Computer Information Management in Vocational Technical College

应对行业细分化时代要求,积极开展专业人才模式改革,不断探寻专业培养特色,以特色求发展,是专业建设不变的法则。文章正是基于这一思路,对计算机信息管理专业人才培养进行规划与设计,提出"三化"人才培养模式。该模式瞄准行业的岗位目标,从人才培养定位、课程体系构建、教学组织与实施等方面进行了有益的探索与研究。

To answer the requirements of the times about industrial sectionalization, to launch positively the innovation of qualified personnel mode, to explore continually the characteristic of specialized training and to seek the development using the specialization are unchangeable rules in the major construction. Based on the train of thought, the paper planed and designed the qualified personnel training mode in connection with the major of computer information management, and put forward the＂Three Way＂mode. Aiming at the target of industrial post, the mode did lots of useful exploration and research on the orientation of qualified personnel training, the construction of curriculum system, and teaching organization and implementation, and so on.
