耳内镜下鼓膜穿刺治疗70例分泌性中耳炎的临床观察

The Observation on Auripucture with Otic Endoscope in Treating 70 Cases of Secretory Otitis Media

目的：探讨耳内镜下鼓膜穿刺治疗70例分泌性中耳炎的临床观察。方法：回顾性分析2010年12月-2012年12月在我院接受治疗的120例分泌性中耳炎患者，将所有患者随机分成两组：试验组和对照组，每组患者为60例，对照组给予鼓膜穿刺联合盐酸氨溴索，试验组给予鼓膜穿刺联合地塞米松与α-糜蛋白酶，密切观察两组患者的临床效果。结果：（1）试验组的总有效率（90.0%）明显高于对照组的总有效率（78.3%）（P〈0.05），两组间的差异具有统计学意义；（2）两组分泌性中耳炎患者经过一个疗程的治疗之后，试验组耳聋、耳鸣、耳听力下降以及耳闷塞感等不良反应的发生率（5.0%）均低于对照组的不良反应发生率（13.3%）。结论：耳内镜下鼓膜穿刺联合地塞米松与α-糜蛋白酶具有药效作用快、不良反应少等优点，在治疗分泌性中耳炎中具有较高的安全性和有效性，大幅度减轻患者的痛苦，提高患者的生活质量。

Objective：To study auripucture with otic endoscope in treating 70 cases of patients with secretory otitis media. Methods：During the period December 2010 to December 2012,120 cases of otitis media with effusion in patients treated in our hospital,all patients were randomly divided into two groups：the experimental group and the control group,60 cases in each group of patients,the control group was given the tympanic membrane puncture joint ambroxol hydrochloride,the study group received a tympanic membrane puncture in combination with dexamethasone andα-chymotrypsin,close observation of twothe group of patients with clinical effect.Results：（1）The test group total efficiency （90.0%） was significantly higher than the total efficiency （78.3%） （P〈0.05）,the gap between the two groups is statistically significant;（2）The two groups of patients with secretory otitis media after the treatment, the test group of deafness,tinnitus,ear hearing loss,ear choking flu incidence of adverse reactions （5.0%） were lower than the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions （13.3%）.Conclusion：Microscope in the ear,the eardrum puncture the joint dexamethasone withα-chymotrypsin the fast Efficacyt fewer adverse reactions, higher safety and efficacy in the treatment of secretory otitis media,significantly reduce patientpain and improve the patient＇s quality of life.
