反复感染手足口病患儿32例免疫功能及血微量元素变化的分析 被引量:7

Analysis of the Changes of Immune Function and Blood Trace Elements in 32 Children Repeatedly Infected by Hand-foot-mouth Disease(HFMD)

摘要 目的:了解反复感染手足口病患儿免疫功能及血微量元素的变化,及早给予药物干预,以改善预后。方法:以已确诊反复感染手足口病患儿32例为A组,确诊普通手足口病患儿28例为B组,另选30例健康儿童为对照组C组,三组均排除免疫系统疾病。分别采集静脉血,用流式细胞仪检测血液中CD3+、CD4+水平,全自动生化分析仪检测IgA、IgG、IgM、锌、铜、铁、硒。结果:反复感染手足口病患儿、普通手足口病患儿CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+比值明显高于健康对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;反复感染手足口病患儿IgG明显低于其它组(P<0.05),血锌、硒水平显著下降(P<0.05),差异有显著意义。结论:反复感染手足口病患儿IgG明显降低,血微量元素锌、硒水平明显下降,提示其细胞免疫、体液免疫存在紊乱。对此类患儿给予适量补充锌、硒等微量元素制剂和免疫调节剂如人血丙种球蛋白有较好疗效。 Objective:To investigate the changes of immune function and blood trace elements in the repeatedly infected children by hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD) and treated the children as soon as possible to improve prognosis.Methods:We choiced 32 cases diagnosed with repeatedly Infected by HFMD as A group,commonly infected children with HFMD diagnosed 28 cases as B group,and 30 healthy children as control group,C group.None of them had been infected by immune system disease.detecting the level of CD3+,CD4+in venous blood by flow cytometry,IgA、IgG、IgM、iron、selenium、copper and zinc were detected on automatic analyzer. Results:CD3+、CD4+and CD4+/CD8+were significantly higher in the repeatedly infected children and commonly infected by HFMD than those in the healthy control group (P〈0.05),the difference was statistically significant;IgG in the repeatedly infected children was significantly lower than other groups (P〈0.05),serum zinc,selenium levels decreased significantly (P〈0.05),the difference was significant. Conclusion:The levels of trace elements zinc、selenium and IgG in the repeatedly infected children were significantly lower,indicating the cellular immunity,humoral immunity exists disturbance.Given appropriate amount trace elements such as zinc,selenium and and immunomodulators such as IVIG,those children had a good curative effect.
