摘要
目的：探讨具备保留乳房条件的早期乳腺癌的治疗方式。方法：2010年3月-2013年3月在我院确诊的患者共有140例，并随机分配到观察组1（保留乳房术＋术中放疗）和观察组2（保留乳房术＋术后放疗），各70例。患者分别接受治疗后，通过观察早期乳腺癌患者切口愈合时间、手术后切口的并发症、乳房美容效果、肿瘤复发率、患者死亡情况等来评定治疗的效果。结果：观察组1与观察组2比较，切口愈合时间较长，并发症的发生率更高（P0.05）。结论：保乳手术中采用术中放疗或者术后放疗，都能够取得较好的治疗效果，患者复发率和死亡率都低。但术中放疗具有单次放疗照射、能够及时治疗、照射针对性强、乳房美容效果好、能够有效地保护周围的组织等优点，术中放疗在未来具有更好的应用前景。
Objective：To demonstrate the feasibility of two methods of breast conserving therapy （BCT） for early breast cancer. Methods：140 cases of early breast cancer,hospitalized in our hospital during March,2010 to March,2013,were randomly assigned to group 1 （breast conserving surgery plus intraoperative radiotherapy） or group 2 （breast conserving surgery plus postoperative radiotherapy）. Each group was consisted of 70 cases respectively.The therapeutic effects were evaluated by the wound healing time,complications of incision,cosmetic evaluation of breast,tumor recurrence and mortality.Results：Group 1 had significantly higher levels of the wound healing time and occurrence of complications （P0.05）.Conclusion：Breast conserving surgery combined intraoperative or postoperative radiotherapy has satisfactory therapeutic effects and fewer tumor recurrence and mortality.Due to the single,timely,focus of radiation,cosmetic effects and protective effects of surrounding tissue,intraoperative radiotherapy combined with surgery had more potential prospect in clinical application.
