摘要
目的：探究双歧杆菌、肠球菌、乳杆菌和芽孢杆菌四联活菌肠溶胶囊治疗慢性腹泻的临床疗效。方法：对我站2010年7月-2012年7月收治的140例慢性腹泻患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：和对照组相比，观察组患者腹泻得到了较好的缓解，腹泻伴随症状也得到了较为明显的改善，二者相比差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：双歧杆菌、肠球菌、乳杆菌和芽孢杆菌四联活菌肠溶胶囊治疗慢性腹泻安全有效，具有良好的治疗效果，值得在临床广为推广。
Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of Bifidobacterium,Enterococcus,Lactobacillus and Bacillus tetravaccine enteric-coated capsules in the treatment of chronic diarrhea.Methods：Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 140 patients with chronic diarrhea patients who were admitted to our hospital from July, 2010 to July, 2012.Results：Compared to the control group, the observation group patients’ diarrhea were better mitigated and the diarrhea associated symptoms were also significantly improved, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Bifidobacterium, Enterococcus, Lactobacillus and Bacillus tetravaccine enteric-coated capsules are safe and effective enough in treatment of chronic diarrhea, it has a good therapeutic effect and deserves to be widely promoted in the clinical.
