单硝酸异山梨酯联合复方丹参治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛疗效及安全性分析

The Analysis of Curative Effect and Safety of the Combined Therapy of Isosorbide Mononitrate Sustained-release Tablets and Compound Danshen Dripping Pills to Treat the Elderly Patients with Unstable Angina Pectoris

目的：探讨单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片联合复方丹参滴丸在老年不稳定型心绞痛中的应用效果。方法：将我院2011年3月-2012年3月收治的80例不稳定性心绞痛老年患者分为治疗组和对照组，每组40例，对照组单纯采用单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上采用复方丹参滴丸治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应。结果：治疗组显效30例，有效8例，总有效率为95.0%显著高于对照组的80.0%（P〈0.05）。两组患者治疗后血液黏度指标全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度以及红细胞压积改善均较治疗前有显著性改善，但治疗组的改善效果显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）。两组均未出现严重不良反应而中断治疗。结论：单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片联合复方丹参滴丸在老年不稳定型心绞痛疗效较好，不良反应少，值得临床推广。

Objective：Discuss the curative effect and safety of the combined therapy of Isosorbide Mononitrate Sustained-release Tablets and Compound Danshen dripping pills to treat the elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris. Methods：The 80 cases of elderly unstable angina pectoris patients treated from December 2011 to March 2012 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group.The control group were simply treated with Isosorbide Mononitrate Sustained-release Tablets,and the treatment group were treated with Compound Danshen dripping pills on the basis of the control group.The two groups were compared in clinical efficacy and adverse drug reaction.Results：30 cases in the treatment group were markedly improved,and 8 cases had effect.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.0%,which was higher than that of the 80.0% of the control group （P〈0.05）.After treatment,the blood viscosity index,high blood viscosity,low blood viscosity and hematokrit of the two groups of patients had significantly improved compared with that before treatment.Two groups of patients did not have to discontinue treatment as a result of occuring serious drug-related events.Conclusion：The curative effect of the combined therapy of Isosorbide Mononitrate Sustained-release Tablets and Compound Danshen dripping pills to treat the elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris is good,and has fewer side effects,and deserves to be clinically popularized.
