甘露聚糖肽序贯联合腹腔镜手术治疗急性盆腔炎48例临床观察

The Clinical Observation of 48 cases of Acute Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Treated with Sequential Mannatide Therapy Combined with Laparoscopic Surgery

目的:探讨甘露聚糖肽序贯联合腹腔镜手术治疗急性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:急性盆腔炎患者96例按抽签方式随机分为治疗组和对照组,各48例,对照组行腹腔镜手术治疗,并给予常规治疗药物,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上序贯给予甘露聚糖肽,观察治疗前后临床体征、T淋巴细胞亚群、NK细胞数量等指标。结果:治疗组总有效率97.92%,略高于对照组(91.67%),两组比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.84,P=0.36)。但治疗组平均住院时间、体温恢复时间、疼痛持续时间、使用抗生素时间均较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05),T淋巴细胞亚群、NK细胞数量均较对照组显著提高(P<0.05)。随访1年中治疗组无复发病例,与对照组(复发率为8.33%)比较差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.17,P=0.041)。结论:甘露聚糖肽序贯辅助腹腔镜手术治疗急性盆腔炎能提高免疫功能,缩短恢复时间,降低术后复发率。

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of sequential Mannatide therapy combined with laparoscopic surgery for the patients with acute pelvic inflammatory disease （APID）.Methods：A total of 96 patients with APID were randomly divided into 2 groups：48 in the control group （laparoscopic surgery with conventional drugs） and 48 in the treatment group（sequential Mannatide therapy plus the same treatment used in the control group）.Clinical signs,T-lymphocyte subsets and the number of NK cells were observed before and after treatment.Results：Total effective rate （97.92%VS91.67%） of the treatment group were superior to the control group,there was no statistical significance between the two groups （χ2=0.84,P=0.36）.The average length of stay,body temperature recovery time,pain duration and the use of antibiotics in time of the treatment group were significantly shorter than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.T-lymphocyte subsets,NK cell numbers experienced a significant increasing compared with the control group （P〈0.05）.The 1 year （0 VS 8.33%） recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than the control group with significant difference （χ2=4.17,P=0.041）.Conclusion：The use of sequential Mannatide therapy combined with laparoscopic surgery for APID can enhance immune function,shorten the recovery time and reduce the recurrence rate.
