甘露聚糖肽联合重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗复发性寻常疣疗效观察

The Efficacy Observation of Mannatide Combined with Recombinant Human Interferon α-2b Gel to Treat Recurrent Verruca Vulgaris

目的:探讨甘露聚糖肽联合干扰素α2b凝胶治疗复发性寻常疣的疗效。方法:将门诊复发性寻常疣96例患者随机分成两组,治疗组50例,口服甘露聚糖肽胶囊,局部外涂干扰素凝胶;对照组46例外涂干扰素α-2b凝胶。观察两组的临床疗效、复发情况及免疫学指标。结果:治疗组治愈率和总有效率分别为72%和92%,分别相应高于对照组的53.33%和73.33%。两组比较有显著性差异(P=0.045、P=0.032);治疗组随访6个月中,复发率为3(6%),远低于对照组11(23.91%),两组比较有显著性差异(P=0.013);且治疗组治疗后,患者CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、IgG及IL-2均显著性升高(P<0.05),CD8+明显下降(P<0.05),与对照组相比,两组患者间存在显著性差异。结论:甘露聚糖肽联合α-2b对复发性寻常疣具有较好的治疗作用,近期复发率将低,值得临床推广。

Objective：To investigate the efficacy of Mannatide combination with interferon α-2b gel to treat recurrent verruca vulgaris.Methods：96 cases of patient with recurrent verruca vulgaris were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group with 50 cases took orally Mannatide capsules,and partially coated with interferonα-2b gel;while control group with 46 cases partially coated with interferonα-2b gel interferonα-2b gel.Observe the clinical efficacy,relapse and immunological indexes of two groups.Results：The cure rate and the total effective rate of treatment group were 72%and 92%,higher than in control group of 53.33%and 73.33%.There was significant difference between the two groups （P=0.045,P=0.032）.Treatment group were followed for 6 months,and the recurrence rate was 3 （6%）,which was much lower than the control group,11 （23.91%）.The two groups had significant difference （P=0.013）.The CD4＋,CD4＋/CD8＋,IgG and IL-2 of treatment group were significantly increased （P〈0.05）,and CD8＋decreased significantly （P〈0.05） after treatment. Compared with the control group,there was significant difference.Conclusion：Mannatide combined with α-2b for recurrent verruca vulgaris can get a better therapeutic effect,reduce the recurrence rate,and it is worthy of promotion.
