阿米替林联合卡马西平治疗带状疱疹后神经痛疗效观察

Observation on the Effects of Amitriptyline Combined with Carbamazepine for the Patients with Post-herpetic Neuralgia

目的:探讨阿米替林与卡马西平合用时对带状疱疹后神经痛的治疗效果。方法:60例患者随机分成治疗组(32例)和对照组(28例),治疗组联合服用阿米替林和卡马西平,对照组予以一般治疗,治疗4周,观察疼痛程度改变。结果:联合服用阿米替林及卡马西平治疗带状疱疹后神经痛疗效优于一般治疗。结论:阿米替林联合卡马西平治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的临床疗效显著,值得推广应用。

Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effect of Amitriptyline combined carbamazepine treating post-herpetic neuralgia.Methods：60 patients with post-herpetic neuralgia were randomly divided into treatment group （32cases ）treated with amitriptyline and carbamazepine,and control group（28cases） treated with general therapy,for four weeks.The degrees of pain relief were analyzed before and afte rtreatment.Results：Therapy of Amitriptyline combined with carbamazepine was superior to general therapy. Conclusion：Combining of Amitriptyline with carbamazepine is more effective than general therapy in treatment of post-herpetic neuralgia .
