重型颅脑损伤患者的临床救治对策分析

Analysis of the Clinical Treatment Strategy for Patients with Severe Craniocerebral Injury

目的：分析重型颅脑损伤患者临床救治的方法及效果。方法：回顾性分析我院在2011年3月-2012年9月收治50例重型颅脑损伤患者的临床治疗。结果：通过对重型颅脑损伤患者采用不同的治疗方法治疗后,有11例恢复良好,12例轻度残疾,6例重度残疾,4例植物生存,死亡17例,达到了66%的抢救成功率；有17例患者死亡,死亡率34%。结论：重型颅脑损伤患者病情严重,且死亡率高,因此临床应有针对性地及时采取救治措施,以提高治疗效果,降低死亡率。

Objective：To explore the method and effect of clinical treatment of patients with traumatic brain injury and severe. Methods：Retrospective analysis of our hospital in 2011 March-2012 year in September the clinical treatment of 50 cases of patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Results：The treatment methods through the use of this group of patients with severe craniocerebral injury of different after 8 cases of patients with good recovery,13 with mild disability,6 cases were severe disability,4 patients of plant life,the death of 17 achieved a 66%success rate;17 patients died,the mortality rate reached 34%.Conclusion：Patients with severe craniocerebral injury severity,and has a high mortality rate,so clinicians should according to different patients to take timely treatment,in order to improve the therapeutic effect,reduce mortality.
