脑梗死患者针灸治疗的临床疗效观察

目的：观察脑梗死患者应用针灸治疗的临床疗效及其康复效果。方法：随机选取自2008年6月-2012年6月就诊于我院的脑梗死患者80例,随机分为针灸组和对照组各40例。采用简易精神状态检查（MMSE）和修订Barthel指数（MBI）评定所有患者在治疗前和治疗后的运动功能、认知功能及日常生活能力,以观察两组脑梗死患者行针灸治疗后的康复效果。结果：在针灸治疗后对照组和针灸组FMA评分、MMSE评分及Barthel指数较治疗前均有明显改善（P0.05）。结论：对脑梗死患者应用针灸治疗有助于其运动功能、认知功能及日常生活能力的恢复。

Objective：To observe the rehabilitation clinical efficacy of acupuncture on patients with cerebral infarction.Methods：80 cases of cerebral infarction in our hospital were selected randomly from June 2008 to June 2012,Were randomly divided into acupuncture group and control group with 40 cases in each.Before and after treatment have used the Mini Mental State Examination （MMSE）and revised Barthel Index（MBI） to assess their motor function,cognitive function and daily living skills,to observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture on patients with cerebral infarction between the two group.Results：In the control group and the acupuncture group after treatment FMA score,MMSE score and Barthel index were significantly improved （P0.05）. Conclusion：Acupuncture help motor function after cerebral infarction and the recovery of daily living.
