216例危重创伤的急诊救治体会

Emergency Treatment Experience of 216 Cases of Severe Trauma

目的:探讨危重创伤患者的诊救极治的有效手段。方法:对我院216例收治的严重创伤患者(其中男性171例,女性45例)进行观察分析,所有患者进行生命体征的监测和诊断检查。同时进行复苏,抗休克和原发创伤的对症处理。结果:216例收治的患者中入院时呈昏迷状态共123例,伴有休克现象的有104例。多发性创伤患者共185例,脉搏、呼吸、心跳微弱或是心跳和呼吸停止的患者有3例。结论:提示早期进行急诊诊断检查,处理多发伤首要保全患者的生命,减少残疾,防止伤情恶化。

Objective：Effective means of critical trauma patients save polar treatment.Methods：Patients with severe trauma in our hospital admitted 216 patients （171 males,45 females） were observed and analyzed,monitoring and diagnosis of all patients were of vital signs.At the same time,recovery,treatment with shock and primary trauma.Results：The hospital admitted 216 cases of patients with coma in 123 cases,104 cases complicated with shock.Multiple trauma patients with a total of 185 cases,pulse,breath,heartbeat is weak or heartbeat and breath stop patients were 3 cases.Conclusion：The results suggest that early emergency diagnosis,treatment of multiple trauma patients with primary preservation of life,reduce disability,prevent the deterioration of the injury.
