动力髋螺旋刀片治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折的临床分析

The clinical curative effects of dynamic hip screw anti-rotation(DHSA) to intertrochanteric fracture of elderly patients

目的：探讨动力髋螺旋刀片治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法：对28例高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者应用动力髋螺旋刀片（DHSA）治疗。结果：28例获得5~18月的随访,骨折均获得临床愈合,恢复生活自理能力,无钢板螺钉断裂、松脱、内翻畸形以及螺旋刀片切出股骨头等并发症。按Harris髋关节功能评分标准：优20例,良6例,中2例,优良率92.9%。结论：DHSA具有操作方便,固定可靠,并发症少等优点,是治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折较理想的方法。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical curative effects of dynamic hip screw anti-rotation（DHSA）to intertrochanteric fracture of elderly patients.Method：Twenty-eight elderly patients of intertrochanteric fracture underwent the treatment of DHSA.Result：All the patients were followed up for five to eighteen months after operation.All the fractures were clinically healed,and all the patients restored self-care abilities without complications such as plate and screw breakage or loosening,varus deforming,screw blade cutting out the femoral head.According to Harri hip scores,the result was excellent in twenty cases,good in six cases and moderate in 2 cases.The excellent rate was 92.9%.Conclusion：The DHSA was an ideal treatment for intertrochanteric fracture in elderly patients because of its advantages of strong fixation,easy operation and few complications.
