摘要
测定小麦脂肪酸值时,存在着滴定终点色差变化不明显、终点不易观察的弊病,造成检测结果出现较大误差。电位滴定法用仪器通过电动势的变化判断终点,避免了人为因素对结果的影响,重复性好,能及时确定滴定终点,从而能够更准确地测定小麦脂肪酸值。
Determination of wheat fatty acid value, titration end off color does not change significantly, end less visible,test results appear bigger error. By use of instrument,the potentiometric titration method judges the end though the electromotive force changes. The advantage is to avoid the man-made factors on the results, good re- peatability and can be more accurately to determine the end, so as to more accurately judge the value of fatty acids in wheat.
