The Use of Refractive Method for Rapid Determination of Concentration to Magnesium Chloride Solution of Tofu Products Produced

利用折射率(通过糖度计测得的糖度表示)反映已知浓度的食用氯化镁溶液的浓度,绘制质量分数-折射率(糖度)标准曲线,利用标准曲线和折射率测定未知浓度的食用氯化镁溶液的的浓度,经误差计算确定能够满足豆腐制品生产需要的溶液浓度。

Use the refractive index （in sugar concentration, measured by portable refractometer） reflect the con- centration of edible magnesium chloride solution of known concentration, and then draw the content - refractive index （sugar concentration） standard curve. Use the standard curve and the refractive index of the unknown con- centration edible magnesium chloride solution to determine the concentration. Through the error calculation shows that this method can meet the need of solution concentration of production of tofu products.
