摘要 目的为解决安全投入的不足及不合理制约建筑行业发展的问题,对安全投入的科学性及合理性进行研究.方法根据安全系统工程的原理,结合人-机-环境系统方法,对50家建筑企业进行安全投入情况调研,总结出所有安全投入相关的指标及数据.运用SPSS对评价指标进行聚类分析,建立安全投入评价指标体系,并采用熵权法确定其权重.结果得出安全设备投入、安全技术投入、劳动保护、安全保险费用、安全管理投入及安全标准化投入等六项指标来构建安全投入评价指标体系.根据熵权分析结果可知,在上述六项指标中,应该重视安全管理投入、安全技术投入及安全标准化的投入.结论合理、稳定的安全投入是保证建筑企业安全生产,提高企业效益的关键因素;建筑企业应当优化安全投入结构,加大安全软投入的力度. In order to fundamentally reverse this situation which the lack of safety investment and unreasona- ble has seriously restricted the rapid development of construction industry, the science and rationality of safe- ty investment must be researched. According to the principle of safety system engineering, using the method of human-machine-environment system, further 50 construction enterprise safety investment situation investi- gation, summarizes all the safety investment related index and data. Use SPSS to clustering analysis of evalu- ation indexes, set up evaluation index system of safety investment, and use the entropy weight method to de- termine the weights. Draw six indexes to building the evaluation index system of safety investment, such as safety equipment input, safety technology input, labor protection, safety insurance, safety management input and safety standardization input. According to the result of entropy weight analysis, should pay more atten- tion to safety management input, safety technology input and safety standardization input. Reasonable and stable investment is one of the key factors to ensure the construction safety in construction enterprises and improve the enterprise benefit. Construction enterprises shall increase their investment in security software and optimize the structure of safety investment.
