摘要 目的分析PM2.5环境污染和防治现状以及PM2.5对环境空气质量评价结果的影响,探析环境影响评价对PM2.5的防治作用.方法采用聚类方法建立环境污染评价体系,采集国内各大城市PM2.5相关信息,通过SPSS软件对数据进行聚类处理,归纳事故原因.结果事故主要原因为机动车尾气、施工扬尘、火电厂等工业废气、植被减少等,当将因素分为五类时,类数不会过少或过密,且每类包含的事故数比较平均.结论在建设项目环评中加入PM2.5评价,能够加强PM2.5现状监测,实现源头控制,严格环境准入;规划环评能够调整产业结构、优化空间布局,可以为区域灰霾污染防控发挥重要作用. This paper analyses PM2.5 pollution, current prevention of the environment, and the impact of PM2.5 on ambient quality assessment and explores preventive and therapentic effect onPM2.5 of environmen- tal implication assessment. The essay establishes environment pollution evaluation system by clustering meth- od, and collects PM2. 5 - related information of domestic cities. Causes of pollution are collected through clus- tering method by SPSS software. The result shows that factors are divided into five categories:motor vehicle exhaust, construction dust, thermal power plants, other industrial emissions, vegetation reduction, etc. In the condition of five categories, the number of categories will not be too little or be too dense, and the number of accidents included by each category is comparatively average. Added PMz 5 assessment into construction pro- ject EIA, it can strengthen actuality monitoring of PMz 5, realize source control, and strictly limit environ- mental entry ;PEIA can adjust the industrial structure, optimize the spatial layout, and play an important role in regional haze pollution prevention and control..
