摘要
液位是水泵站输运过程中较为重要的控制参数之一,对所需的控制对象进行精确的液位控制,关系到相邻两泵站水池、泵站内阀门、引擎泵组等参数的调节,是保障工程运行效果和安全的重要问题。针对不同类型的水池液位系统研究了PID控制器,考虑到水泵站为新建,缺少水池液位控制经验,采用RBF神经网络结合PID自适应控制更为合适。本文通过MATLAB进行仿真,基于RBF模型+PID控制技术对任意目标液位工况下水池液位实现自动调控,提高工作效率。
Tank liquid level is an important control parameter in pump station transportation project. Controlling the liquid level precisely relates direcflyto the adjacent pump station's tanks, valves and engine pump groups which are an important issue to guarantee the operating safely. The PID controller is developed for different types of tank level system, considering the pump station is new and lack of the level control experience, hence using RBF neural network combine with PID control method is better. In this paper, MATLAB software was adopted to simulate tank level automatic adjustment based on the RBF model and PID control technology, from which work efficiency is enhanced.
