摘要
滑移线严重影响汽车外覆盖件面的品质。从冲压工艺及模具设计角度对滑移线的形成进行了分析,提出了常见的滑移线的判定标准。通过产品R角优化、冲压方向优化、工艺补充调整、拉深筋的调整和采用刺破工艺,有效地控制了滑移线,降低了钣金和涂装修理的工作量,显著提高外覆盖件的外观质量和一次通过率。
Slip-line issue has a strong impact on surface quality of car outer cover. Formation of slip line was analyzed from the point of stamping process and die design and a criterion for normal slip line was proposed. By products R angle optimization, pressing direction op- timization, technology supplement and adjustment, drawbead adjustment and pierce process, slip line was effectively controlled. Thus, workload of metal craft and coating re- pair was reduced and outer cover parts' appearance quality and first pass rate were improved effectively.
