摘要
针对轿车顶盖实际生产中容易出现刚性不足、内凹陷、开裂、起皱等质量缺陷,运用冲压成形CAE软件Autoform对顶盖冲压工艺进行了仿真分析,对拉深模面进行了优化设计。试制结果表明,上述问题得到了解决,同时保证了尺寸精度和外观质量,减少了后期模具及夹具调试时间,大大地降低了生产成本。
Aimed at quality problems easily occurred in car roof production like insufficient rigidity, inner hollow, cracking and wrinkling, roof forming process was simulated and ana- lyzed with Autoform CAE software and drawing die face was optimized. The test result shows that problems above could be solved and size precision and appearance quality can be ensured. Later die and fixture debugging time has been reduced, in which greatly reduce the production cost.
