摘要 为了克服工艺路线传统的设计方式存在的效率低、大量重复劳动的弊端,提高工艺路线编制效率,通过对不同零部件工艺路线设计的归纳总结,引入了典型工艺路线设计的思路。对符合规律的类似件创建了一种快速的工艺路线设计方式,指出了这种设计方式的理论依据及其在CAPP中的实现方式,并通过实际工作效果对比,证明了这种工艺路线设计方式的可行性、可靠性,极大地提高了工艺路线设计的工作效率和准确率。 In order to overcome disadvantages such as low efficiency and lots of repeated work in traditional process route design and increase efficiency in programming process route, through generalization and summarization of process route design for different parts, a typical process route design was introduced. For similar parts in accordance with the rules, a rapid process route design mode was created and theoretical basis for the design and its im- plementation methods in CAPP was pointed out. Compared with actual work effect, it is proved that process route designed in this way is feasible and reliable, thus greatly improve the process route design efficiency and the rate of accuracy.
