摘要
本文针对SAE J1517中给出的确定H点方法的不足,根据“人-机-环境”的理念,提出了多功能区域法用于确定H点。本文着重从坐姿舒适性、视野性、硬点约束性三个方面,剖析了多功能区域法的原理与数据模型。并在此基础上,在I-DEAS环境下开发了一个应用软件,并以Audi100作了校核检验。应用证明,本方法不仅使复杂的相互制约的多参数选取工作得以快速可靠地解决,而且由于得到的结果是一个域(而不是线),改善了设计的灵活性和方便性。
This paper presents a new method, which is named as multiple function area (MFA) , to determine H-point based on the concept of human machine-environment. The principles and mathematical model of MFA are illustrated, especially from the three aspects of postural comfort, vision and hard point constraints. Corresponding application software has been developed based on the above theory and has been applied to Audi 100. The application results prove that MFA not only solves efficiently the problem of determining multiple parameters, but also gets a result of an area, not a cure, which improves the flexibility and convenience of design.
