Determination of 33 kinds of organochlorine pesticides and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in water by solid-phase membrane extraction-hyperacoustic elution and gas chromatography-mass spectrum

摘要 目的建立了水中固相膜萃取与超声洗脱联用-气相色谱-质谱同时测定水中33种有机氯和多环芳烃的方法。方法水样经C18膜富集,然后将固相萃取膜置于12 ml棕色样品瓶内,加入2 ml乙酸乙酯进行超声洗脱,用GCMS进行测试。结果 33种有机氯和多环芳烃的检出限在0.20 ng/L^1.10 ng/L,方法回收率在85%~115%,相对标准偏差在10%以下。结论该方法相比于传统的萃取方法,将洗脱与浓缩的步骤集于一体,操作简单、干扰因素少、结果准确,适用于水中33种有机氯和多环芳烃的测定。 Objective To establish a method for the determination of organochlorine pesticides and PAHs in water by solid - phase disk extraction- hyperacoustic elution and GC -MS. Methods Water sample was concentrated on C18 membrane, and then placed into 12 ml brown sample bottle, conducted ultrasonic elution with 2 ml ethyl acetate, finally determined by GC - MS. Results The LOD of 33 kinds of organochlorine pesticides and PAHs was 0.20 ng/L - 1.10 ng/L, and the recovery of the method was 85% ~ 115%, the RSD was below 10%. Conclusion Compared to traditional extraction method, the method combining elution and concentration has simplified the operating steps, reduced the intez'ference factors, improved the accuracy, so it is suitable to determine 33 kinds of organochlorine pesticides and PAHs in water samples.
