Th17细胞在慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者外周血中的表达及临床意义 被引量:2

Expression and clinical significance of Th17 cells in peripheral blood of patients with chronic rhinosinusitis with polyps

摘要 目的研究慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者外周血中Th17细胞的表达及其与临床表现的关系。方法选择2011年9月-2012年10月在我科诊治的慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉,以及同期的慢性鼻窦炎不伴鼻息肉、单纯鼻中隔偏曲作为对照,采用流式细胞仪检测外周血中Th17细胞百分比,分析各组Th17细胞百分比的差异,并分析慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者的轻度与重度组(根据鼻窦CT)、复发与非复发组间Th17细胞百分比的差异。结果慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉组较另两组的Th17细胞百分比明显升高(P<0.05);但慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者中,轻度组与重度组、复发与非复发组间Th17细胞百分比差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Th17细胞应答增强可能对鼻息肉的发生发展起作用,但尚不能肯定与鼻息肉疾病严重性有关。 Objective To investigate the expression of Th17 cells in peripheral blood of patients with chronic rhinosinusitis with polyps and analyze the relationship between Th17 cells in peripheral blood and clinical manifestation. Methods The patients including chronic rhinosinusitis with polyps, chronic rhinosinusitis without polyps and simple septum deviation from Sep. 2011 to Oct. 2012 in the hospital were selected to detect the percentage of peripheral blood Th17 cell by flow cytometry, and the difference of Th17 cell was analyzed between mild polyps and severe polyps( according to sinus CT), recurrence and non -recurrent polyps. Results Percentage of peripheral blood Th17 cell in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis accompanying polyps was higher than that in other patients (P 〈 0.05) ; there was no significance between mild polyps and sever polyps, recurrence and non -recurrent polyps. Conclusion Enhancing Th17 cell response may have effect on the incidence and development of polyps, but it is not sure about the relationship between peripheral blood Th17 cell and severity of polyps.
