Survey and analysis of donkey-hide glue in health foods

目的调查市场销售的含阿胶类保健食品中氨基酸的含量，对其阿胶含量进行评价。方法采用氨基酸分析仪，测定31批含阿胶成分保健食品的17种氨基酸含量。结果6批阿胶浆总氨基酸含量范围在0．508％～3．193％，3批阿胶颗粒总氨基酸含量范围在1．656％～4．080％，1批阿胶片总氨基酸含量为80．580％，21批阿胶口服液总氨基酸含量范围在0．000％～6．790％。结论本次调查显示阿胶类保健食品中的阿胶真实投料量较低，为展开评估阿胶类保健食品阿胶真实含量提供了基础数据。

Objective To investigate the levels of amino acids in health foods and assess the donkey - hide glue content. Methods The 17 kinds of amino acid in 31 samples were measured by amino acid analyzer. Results The total amino acid contents ranged from 0. 508% to 3. 193% in 6 donkey - hide glue syrups, 1. 656% to 4.080% in 3 donkey - hide glue granules, 80.580% in 1 donkey - hide glue tablet and 0. 000% to 6. 790% in 21 donkey - hide glue oral liquid. Conclusion This investigation showed the donkey - hide glue content was low in health foods, and the data obtained in the test can be the references for assessment of health foods containing donkey - hide glue.
